What is our Return/Refund Policy?
We only accept returns or replacements, if the product is damaged or incorrectly sized. in this case, we'll issue a refund. A full video of the parcel being opened is necessary to initiate the return or replacement process. (we need a full video of unboxing without any pauses for quality check) Without a video of the unboxing process, the product cannot be returned or replaced.
What should the video of the parcel opening include?
It should start with a 360° view of the intact package from the outside and then proceed to a full unboxing video.
How will I receive a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
How long will it take for the refund to process?
It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
What if I received the wrong item?
If you receive the wrong product, please record a clear unboxing video showing the incorrect item and the shipping label. Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as per our policy.
