Return and Refund Policy
Overview
At Timexel.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and remain in the same condition as when you received it, including being in its original packaging. Certain items are non-returnable, such as perishable goods like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. Additionally, intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items cannot be returned.
Return Process
To complete your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase. It is important that you do not send the product back to the manufacturer. Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return criteria.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted. This includes items that show obvious signs of use, opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, or similar products. Partial refunds may also apply if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Returns made after the 30-day return window are also subject to partial refund eligibility.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. You should also reach out to your bank for any processing delays. If you have followed all these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@timexel.com for assistance.
Sale Items
Please note that only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded. However, sale items may be eligible for exchange or store credit at our discretion, depending on the circumstances. We encourage you to review the product details carefully before making a purchase during sales or promotions. If you have any questions about a sale item’s return eligibility, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@timexel.com with details of the issue. You will then be provided the address to which you can send the item for exchanges.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the item is received. Gift certificates will be mailed to you. If the gift was not marked as such or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the gift giver, who will be notified of the return. Please note that gift credits and certificates cannot be exchanged for cash and are valid for use on future purchases only. Shipping Returns
To return your product, please mail it to the address provided by our customer service team. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item, and shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Please note that we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
